Delborgo is now called L'Ortiche (LORE-TI-KAY) and has moved!
We are now just up the road from where we were. You can find us near the church at Via Assietta 4. You can still find superb food, great hospitality and a lovely dining experience!
Jill and Raff will welcome you to L'Ortiche - the foremost restaurant in Sauze d'Oulx, serving a wide variety of mouth-watering Italian dishes with the emphasis, as always, on quality and freshness!

- Tender venison casserole with pan fried polenta wedges
- Roulade of Piemontese beef served with a salad of cruncy artichoke and dressed with olive oil lemon and capers
- Duck served in a hazelnut crust with sauteed seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes

- Prime fillet of beef marinated with herbs cooked and served with a demi-glace Gratin of tomato and herbs
